Digital payments experts Consult Hyperion have partnered with the Payment Business School, specialists in payment education, to roll-out a series of in-depth training courses in 2016 on a range of hot industry topics such as mobile and cloud based payments, tokenisation, digital identity, authentication, mobile and tablet based POS and Blockchain.
With continued growing interest in these new payment technologies, the training courses are aimed at those individuals wanting to learn how to create, or extend, their retail payments business, without compromising security or the end user experience.
Mark Burges, Director of Learning and Development at the Payment Business School said ‘whilst many of today’s conferences have sessions covering these areas, understanding how you might apply what you learn to your own business can be difficult. Our training courses are focused on the business opportunities presented by these emerging technologies. They will provide a thorough understanding on the technology from a business perspective without drilling down too much into the technical detail. Most importantly we want people to learn how they can apply the learning from the course to their own business.’
Nick Norman, SVP Sales at Consult Hyperion, commented ‘for many years we have been passionate about helping others learn about digital money and digital identity through our thought leadership forums, blogs and podcasts, as well as our regular presentations at leading industry conferences. By rolling out these new training courses, we will be able to share our knowledge and experience in a personal and interactive way which will help those attending fully understand the opportunities that new payment technologies may provide to their business and importantly the key considerations needed when exploiting them.
Mark Burges added ‘the ethos of all our training programmes has always been that they are engaging, impartial and enable attendees to tangibly apply what they learn, so we are delighted to be working with Consult Hyperion who are globally recognised thought leaders in the world of retail and mobile payments ’.
The training courses kick-off at the end of January with Mobile and Cloud-Based Payments followed by Digital Identity and Authentication. More details can be found at www.paymentbusinessschool.com/events
