If you’ve worked in banking for the majority of your career and are feeling a little burnt out, a change could be as good as a rest.
The transfer of relevant skills from investment banking into Fintech looks attractive as the sector positively booms – banking app Revolut was valued at £24bn last year and forex transfer company Wise was listed at nearly £9bn – writes Kirstie McDermott, Senior Content Manager, Amply.
The move can be a relatively straightforward one too, and the additional benefits of a more friendly company culture and easier ways of working you’ll enjoy at a start-up or established Fintech firm are likely to be appealing as well.
For those already in the sector, the future also looks bright with plenty of open roles – discover some below and find lost more on our Job Board.
