What you’ll need: You’ll have a Computer Science degree, or similar related experience. You’ll be comfortable navigating around the .NET Framework/C# and associated tooling, as well as a good understanding of relational databases, preferably SQL Server. Senior B2B Marketing Manager, Crowdcube

What you’ll need: Experience in providing customer-centric servicing and in providing operational support to internal and external stakeholders is essential, while a knowledge of API technologies, such as Postman, SQL, JSON. A Knowledge of UK Payments, FX and international/cross border payments and Exposure to RESTful APIs, a knowledge of support management technologies such as Freshdesk or Zendesk is desirable.
