Merchant Localization Product Manager, Klarna

Klarna is looking for a Merchant Localization Product Manager who can help them ensure their products meet the needs of local merchants. The successful candidate will drive awareness of both the merchant happiness gaps enabling central product teams to take action and deliver high quality products. They will understand and analyse Klarna, as well as competitor’s products from the lens of both consumers and merchants.  They will deeply understand the experience from a merchant point of view to be the voice of merchants in the market by building an aggregated view of product issues to identify trends & patterns and work proactively to address quality issues.

What does success look like? Klarna is looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, along with a BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. It would be great if you also had a strong customer and quality focus, previous experience in a business consulting or retail industry role and previous experience with user experience design or software development. The team provides prioritisation, project management and delivery support for projects which span multiple departments across the business. This will cover growth, business planning, process optimisation and other ad-hoc business needs.
