Product Marketer – App, Klarna

Klarna is looking for an experienced marketer with business acumen and leadership skills to quarterback the commercial success of the Klarna app throughout its entire life cycle. The role requires developing a deep understanding of customers in your specific market, and the competitive landscape in order to make sure our marketing strategies are relevant on a local level. The successful candidate will work in a localisation team responsible for the app in a given region. But also closely with the App product marketing central teams, other marketing teams, commercial teams and product management to accelerate business growth globally.

You will join one of the regional teams as that region’s product marketing manager. You will lead the go-to-market work for new and existing products, including insight generation, driving product KPI’s together with the product teams and adoption strategies, communications planning, as well as supervising asset development and implementation across touchpoints. Lead UX Designer, Metro Bank PLC

Metro Bank PLC are looking for a Lead UX Designer to lead Online Banking. They want someone who is passionate about creating delightful experiences for customers, being a systems thinker but designing for the moment. You will play a key role in championing retail and commercial customers and develop and deliver an outstanding online banking offering to them. Your team currently consists of a UX and UI designer but might grow in the future. You will be leading and mentoring the UX designer and working very closely with a UI designer. The role requires close alignment with the mobile banking and other online teams to ensure consistency across all customer touch points.

The successful candidate will be hands-on with user research, problem defining and leading cross functional workshops, while prototyping new features and improving existing functionality through user journeys, information architecture, wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups – collaborating with the UX and UI Leads to create a consistent cross-platform design system. They will take accountability for design quality and cohesion across projects, and work closely with the product, tech and propositions teams designing and delivering outstanding feature improvements and advocating UX across your team and the wider business.

What does success look like? You will have a breadth of design knowledge and experience working as a Senior UX Designer, along with experience with using analytics software, such as google analytics, to be able to define relevant UX metrics for your area and measure them over time. You must be comfortable engaging with stakeholders to formulate ideas, identify improvements and share learnings, as well as acting as the voice of the user in product decisions. Junior Web Designer, Freetrade

As the first challenger stockbroker to disrupt the £1.2 trillion UK retail investment market, Freetrade is poised to expand into Europe in 2021. The Freetrade visual identity is a big part of how they differentiate themselves in the market. They are a team of creative thinkers who are excited about the challenge of creating world-class design work every day. They are looking for a Junior Web Designer to join the team. You’ll sit within the marketing team, reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing and will work across the team to deliver high-quality pages for the freetrade.io website. The role will be supported and mentored by the existing marketing and design team and will also have the opportunity to take ownership and make a real impact in its own right. The successful candidate will create new pages on the website platform, and make edits and updates to existing pages, while ensuring the visual design output is on-brand, consistent, and delights users. They will work closely with the SEO team and Web Developer to optimise the site while working cross-functionally with other teams, such as Product, Engineering and Operations, to deliver coordinated campaigns.
