Senior Account Manager, Global Fintech, Visa
Responsible for driving growth and optimisation opportunities with Fintechs, to ensure Visa meets the needs and expectations of our global Fintech clients, who are based in the UK&I. This requires the candidate to take time to understand the needs and priorities then work with the Visa internal teams to ensure they are met on a day to day basis plus execute the mid term GTM plan.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the Visa growth targets outlined in the Customer Agreement, while also leading the engagement with clients and ecosystem partners and ensuring a positive, high quality relationship is maintained, meeting the clients expectations in this fast changing environment.

Category Specialist – People, Checkout.com
Since being established in 2019, the Checkout Procurement team has grown quickly, and they are now looking for a Category Specialist to lead the day-to-day management of the People category. The desired candidate will have proven expertise in People/HR Procurement (3+ years’ experience) and will demonstrate a proactive demeanour, great attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously! The candidate will be required to provide a range of procurement support to the functions within Checkout.com, both in the UK and Globally.
The successful candidate will lead day to day management of People/HR spend and suppliers, while supporting category planning for People category, across multiple pillars and helping to develop and build a best-in-class procurement function.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Category Specialist role (Minimum 3+ years), along with a strong understanding of People/HR purchasing and requirements across Learning and Development, Operational (payroll, onboarding), Consultancy, HR Platforms and Software.

Senior Connectivity Partner Lead, EMEA, Airbnb
As a member of the Global Connectivity Partnership Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team responsible for the management, enablement, and performance management of strategic supply partnerships, including distribution software companies and other IT solutions for Airbnb’s Connectivity partners (Channel managers and property managers).
The Senior Connectivity Partner Lead is responsible for managing and executing regional strategies to the overall Connectivity strategy. As a player/coach for a team of Connectivity Partner Managers you will be accountable for helping grow Airbnb’s business through software partners in a specific region.
You will be responsible for setting up team and regional strategies, exceeding quarterly business and technical KPIs, establishing world-class account management practices, and mentoring and motivating your team members.
