Responsible for driving growth and optimisation opportunities with Fintechs, to ensure Visa meets the needs and expectations of our global Fintech clients, who are based in the UK&I. Since being established in 2019, the Checkout Procurement team has grown quickly, and they are now looking for a Category Specialist to lead the day-to-day management of the People category. The desired candidate will have proven expertise in People/HR Procurement (3+ years’ experience) and will demonstrate a proactive demeanour, great attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously! The candidate will be required to provide a range of procurement support to the functions within Checkout.com, both in the UK and Globally.
The successful candidate will lead day to day management of People/HR spend and suppliers, while supporting category planning for People category, across multiple pillars and helping to develop and build a best-in-class procurement function.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Category Specialist role (Minimum 3+ years), along with a strong understanding of People/HR purchasing and requirements across Learning and Development, Operational (payroll, onboarding), Consultancy, HR Platforms and Software.
