İşbank becomes first Turkish bank to offer local alternative payment methods

İşbank, the biggest private bank in Turkey and provider of PSP services, is partnering with PPRO Group to enable İşbank to offer e-commerce merchants 13 local alternative payment methods worldwide.

Alternative paymentsİşbank can now extend access to real-time online-banking payment methods and e-wallets in more than 25 countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America to their merchants looking to enter leading and emerging e-commerce markets in the world.

“The digital revolution is transforming consumer behaviour and we needed to take steps to meet their changing needs. İşbank is the first bank in Turkey to offer our merchants alternative payment schemes as well as card payments,” comments Yalçın Sezen, İşbank’s Deputy CEO .
