FinTech remains a hot topic in 2018. However the first “FinTech” was first devised in 1918 by the US Federal Reserve. Its taken a long time to wind up, but since 1998 (PayPal launch) the FinTech movement has gone exponential. This infograph made by 16best.net tracks that meteoric rise.
