One of the most frequent points of interaction customers have with a bank, ATMs continue to grow in use. In
fact, according to RBR’s latest Global ATM Market and Forecasts report, cash withdrawals grew by 7% in 2014, with even larger growth in the number of ATMs. At the same time, ATM failure has an immediate adverse impact on customer relationships with the bank – customers expect the best experience, every time.
